6. Seattle, Washington: Seattle is home to nearly 11 off-leash Dog Park. Some include Westcrest Dog Park, Carkeek Park, and the Washington Park Arboretum. The city itself has a very dog-friendly environment. You can take them to the outdoor stores at University Village Center, and get some exercise at Duwamish Bikeway.
7. Phoenix, Arizona: If you are traveling out of town, you are in luck because Phoenix has about 82 pet-friendly hotels and motels and about 10 pet vacations to choose from. You do not have to leave your dog inside – take them to the Paradise Valley, hike with your dog up Camelback Mountain, and even go on a pet-friendly Equinox Hot Air Balloon Ride. When your dogs get tired, take them to Arizona Animal Chiropractic. Bonus: Phoenix is also about 6 dog-friendly camps for dogs.
8. Minneapolis, Minnesota: Although compared to the rest of cities, Minneapolis does not have many dog-friendly hiking opportunities, they have some dog parks. Minnehaha Park is fantastic for a fantastic view. Minnehaha Park is wonderful to see the magnificent waterfalls. Franklin Terrace Dog Park has a designed area where you can leave your dog off the leash, and Victory Prairie Dog Garden is a 2.5 fenced in the park where you and your dog can play freely. Do not forget to visit Lake Harriet Rose Park. It's a great place to take a walk or relax with your dog.
